Best & Worst of 2010

Whoa. 2010. Another year and a new calendar. In the moment, it's day to day, race to race, but looking back it went by so fast. Can’t believe it.

Best New Race for me: Rotax Grand Nationals. Best of the best. Nuf said.

Worst Moment of the year: Bad news, it wasn’t hard for me to think of one. Blowing my motor to pieces at the Rotax Grand Nationals.

Favorite New Product: Sniper V2 laser front end alignment system. You need one.

Thing that’s hard to believe: Qualifying 5^th at the Rock Island Grand Prix. Wow, what an experience! Highest of highs...lowest of lows!

 

Coolest jaw-dropping thing I saw: Everyone thrashing on my kart at the RIGP to get it ready for qualifying. Thanks dudes!

Hardest Moment: Tie. Head held low, tucking tail, leaving the Grand Nats and Rotax Pan-Am early due to broken shit. Brutal.

Decision this year I am most excited about: Racing at the Rock Island Grand Prix. Decided to buy a new motor for this race. So glad I did, I was this close to hanging it up for the year after my old motor went boom.

New Experience OFF the kart: Mountain biking! Looking to do more this year.

Favorite new track: New Castle Motorsports Park. One of the best in the country.

Thanks everyone for a great 2010! There were some tough times, but it was a very positive year and I wouldn’t have done it any different. Livin’ the dream. Here’s to 2011!
